White gravy potato sausage mash
There is nobody on the planet that thinks this is disgusting. If you want a safe, sure-fire way to impress someone, this will do it. And it's SO EASY!
What you will need:
(For 1 serving)
4-6 small potatoes. Red, yellow...just the little guys
Earth Balance butter
Chef Bonneau's White Gravy (http://stores.wholesome-essential.com/Detail.bok?no=314)
Apple and Sage Field Roast
How to do it:
1-Boil or microwave the potatoes until they are mashable.
2-While boiling.microwaving potatoes, prepare the gravy per the instructions on the side of the tub. Mash the powder so it's not chunky.
3-In a separate pan, insert sliced Field Roast sausage with olive oil.
4-Brown both sides of each Field Roast slice.
5-As your gravy thickens, remove from heat. It should be a nice, thick, uniform texture.
6-Place the potatoes in a bowl and mash. Put two tablespoons of Earth Balance on the potatoes and mix.
7-Place the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and mix it all up.
8-Get ready to have your mind blown hard.
